Please note we are only running 1/2 day camps during the development.
Each day there is a different theme/stroke that we focus on. Therefore the optimum experience will be gained by attending each day. Example schedule:
HOTSHOTS CAMP
9:00 – 9:15 – Sign In/Morning Announcements
9.15 – 10.30 – On Court (Fitness/Foot work & balance drills/Groundstrokes/Games)
BREAK: 10.30 – 10.50 – Morning Tea
10.50 – 11.50 – On Court (Net play – volleys & smashes/Serving/Games)
11.50 – 12.00 – Awards/Sign out

PERFORMANCE CAMP
1:00 – 1.15pm – Sign In/Announcements
1.15 – 2.30pm – On Court (Dynamic Warm-up, Fitness/Foot work & balance drills/Technical focus, eg. cross court ground strokes)
BREAK: 2.30 – 2.50pm – Break
2.50 – 3.50pm – On Court (Tactical focus drills, eg. taking time away, Point Play, Effective Stretching & Cool Down)
3.50 – 4.00pm – Session review/Recognitions/Sign Out
